Mercer Marketplace - Benefits Consumer Portal Demo
So you’d like a tour of the Mercer Marketplace 365 consumer portal. Well, you’ve come to the right place! In this demo, we’ll guide you through the portal where participants can go to quickly and easily manage benefits like FSAs, HSAs, HRAs and Commuter.
You can find the consumer portal by going to accounts.mercermarketplace.com and entering your username and password.
Once you’re logged in to the portal, you can access all the information you need to manage your benefits. Without even leaving the homepage, you can quickly view the available balance in any of your accounts, see recent transactions, and access charts that show your election and contribution summaries.
From the “I Want To…” section of the homepage, you can quickly file a claim or manage your expense information. From the “Message Center” section, you can access links to set up direct deposit for faster reimbursement and enroll in Consumer Claims Sync. This feature automatically brings in your claims to the dashboard, which makes it easy for our participants to send in documentation and keeps our friends at the IRS happy!
If you navigate to the dashboard tab, you’ll see even more detail about your recent expenses, including the status of your claims. You’ll also be able to pay any unpaid claims using the blue pay button next to the status column.
On the Accounts tab, you can access account activity details for the plan year, including an account summary, a list of your claims and any payments you’ve made for the year. And those enrolled in an HSA have easy access to manage their investments.
The Tools and Support tab is where you can go to access forms, helpful links and educational materials to help you make the most out of your benefits.
From the Statements & Notifications tab, you can access your most recent account statements and any notifications about your benefits. They can be emailed to you if your email address is on file and you can even opt to receive text message alerts.
From the profile tab, you can update the demographic information related to your account, including your email address and dependents. If your plan uses the benefits debit card, you can order additional cards for your spouse and dependents over the age of 18. This tab is also where you’ll add your banking information to set up your direct deposit for faster reimbursement. And if you ever need to update your login credentials, you can do all of that directly from the Login Information sub-tab.
